Postal & Inbound Calls:
Handling in-bound calls and register Complaint follow-ups and compliance Keep track of inward letter register
Complain & Maintainance Follow Up: Ensuring Periodic Maintenance of office facilities and equipments. Keep track of daily electricity usage and reporting excessive usage. Telephone Fault complaint and repair Liaise with the government officials for any maintenance related issues. Maintaining close coordination with Maintenance vendors Updating Maintenance register for different items. Incoming and Outgoing Challan System Follows up and Compliance help to System Administrator Ensure timely DG Maintenance Hardwares, Doors ,etc Up-keeping Ensures AMC Maintenance with Vendors and suppliers Ensures Building Maintenance regularly with different building construction vendors/contractors Manages AC regulation and maintenance Ensure all Notices are adhered to by Staff Manages the cleanliness of Office and Premises by managing the NIS-Housekeeping vendors Ensures proper Facility management in timely coordination with vendors and suppliers Manages ground level gardening by ensuring the proper working of the gardeners engaged in the work. Regular checking of Penthouse Up-keeping
HR Activities:
Calling Candidates for interview as & when required Helping HR in employee database maintenance
Others Handling incoming visitors to office Timely reporting of all responsibilities. |
