Architectural CAD drafting of floor plans, furniture arrangements plans, elevations and cross-sectional views for residence and multi-stored building as per raster image and hand sketches are some of the architectural drafting services provided by AABSyS.

Description:

Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) technology is easy for the customers to track space occupancy, forecast space needs and generating, stacking and blocking diagrams for space planning. Objective includes: i) optimal utilization of space and tracking information from single source. ii) Information of areas and status of rooms, furniture details with associated existing database. Our Architectural drafting services involves architectural CAD drafting of floor plans, interior plans with furniture etc. and room area calculation.

• The floor plans and elevations are CAD drafted as per the measured surveyed dimensions with reference to hand-sketches and photos. Congruency between the main walls of multi-stored apartments is taken care during drafting. AABSyS prepares two types of drawings for each assignment, 1) detail (bouw) and 2) divide (app.). Detail plan includes all the architectural floor plan details and the dimensions whereas the divide plans shows the centerlines of external and internal walls. AABSyS prepares 3D views of front and back elevations of the apartments based on the provided information. AABSyS puts Apartment numbers, house numbers, apartment type indications, Outer polygons, Outer areas, room polygons, room areas and room descriptions on the drawings in specified layers. AABSyS prepares one Excel file showing areas and apartment numbers, especially for big complex type of drawings. City map and property boundary is included in the drawing in proper scale to specify the location of the building on the city map.
• Both Detail and Divide drawings are delivered to the client in DWG format. Pictures of 3D views and furniture arrangement plans are delivered to the client in JPEG format.
