AABTonics Terms and Conditions

  • Participation in this program is deemed as acceptance from the participants to be bound by the present Terms and Conditions of AABTonics.
  • Participants who have participated in the previous years’ AABTonics will be able to participate on the following grounds:
  1. Have new ideas/solutions/ innovations
  2. If presenting a previous idea, then it must be an extension of the prior presented idea, which should be priorly intimated to the AABTonics organizing coordinator, via email at aabtonics@aabsys.com
  • All decisions made by AABSyS IT shall be final and binding.
  • The shortlisted team members for Level II must submit proof that they are enrolled in the respective courses of their stated college/institution with their current semester.
  • This program is an academic activity with the sole objective of encouraging innovative thinking in young talent.
  • All intellectual property rights in the work/submissions made by Teams/Participants during the event shall vest with AABSyS IT and any such work/submissions will remain the exclusive property of AABSyS IT.
  • AABSyS IT reserves the right to use the work/submissions made by any Team/ Participant for any purpose as it deems fit.
  • AABSyS IT trademarks/other intellectual property rights shall not be used by any of the Teams/Participants without the prior written consent of AABSyS IT.
  • All teams/participants accord their consent to AABSyS IT to use their photographs/ names in order to publicize the event, including even after the event has been concluded.
  • AABSyS IT reserves the right to cancel or modify the program including rules, T&C, and prizes at any time, without prior notice.
  • All the communication will be done with the Team Lead over email for those who have registered as a team.
  • The decision taken by the AABTonics panel of experts will be final and cannot be challenged.
  • All submissions made by the participants must be their original work & any kind of plagiarism will lead to automatic disqualification.
  • If any participant has product copyrights they are requested to highlight in their Level I submission.
  • References/citations/sources should be necessarily stated by the participants, wherever it is required.
  • The results will be announced as per notified schedule on AABSyS IT social media handles and webpage.
  • AABSyS IT reserves the right to disqualify team(s)/ participants:
  1. If any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out to avail benefits, tampers with the submission process, or any part of the program site.
  2. If any participant/team has been found indulging in plagiarism.
  3. If any participant/team is in breach of the participation requirements or T&C as time to time notified by AABSyS IT.
  • The cash prize awarded by AABSyS IT shall include all the applicable taxes or other charges. In case of any taxes or any charges, awarded team members are solely responsible and shall be liable to pay any such applicable amount. In no situation, any such taxes or any charges will become an obligation of AABSyS IT.
  • Cash prize winners must claim their prize within five days of being notified.
